Mom apparently has acute COPD and has requested to be able to write down her response(more delaying). She wants to have this done before Aaron (I assume Klump) gets married. She claims nobody has appropriately gotten information about court summons to appear/wrong address.
Complaining about the court recording being public domain.

Cliffnotes:
Kathy Kulek stated she's received too many legal notices in the mail and doesn't know when or what to respond to or show up in court. She also mentions Dave Truckel is similarly confused. States she has already paid an attorney for this case, and that she makes very little income on disability. States she is a "mom" seemingly to defend herself? She would rather respond in writing, and asked for a couple weeks time to prepare her written response.

She also stated she doesn't like these recordings being on the internet and asks the judge if that will happen. He states that the proceedings are recorded and then become public record, what happens beyond that is not within his control. She states she doesn't want her voice on the internet.

Next proceeding w/Kathy scheduled for June 8th 2:30PM.

She mentions that she wants this over before Aaron's (Klump?) wedding and that he was just there at the courthouse.

Based on this PUBLIC court proceeding (that's America for you..it's designed to prevent things like North Korean justice), I will surmise that any written reply will be an interesting read. But I agree, open Court can be a bear if you're on the wrong side of the hard questions.

This is exactly it, in my opinion.

In most cases you cannot simply hand people a bunch of money and expect them to manage it. Unless the person built up a large portfolio honestly and through their hard work over time, they're like the kids in the candy store (or the basement).

It's why lottery winners often go broke, they didn't earn the money over time and cultivate the skills along the way needed to manage it. So they blow it.

I don't think this is any different.
