Is there any history with this judge with cases like this? Up north Michigan has been poor for a long time now, and the flint water disaster did not help. Bay City judge has seen some crazy shit the last ten years I bet.
Michigan is a CPL state now, going to kick someone's ass can be lethal to your health now, unlike the past.

Welfare and Medicaid fraud in the state if Michigan is no joke. Up to 4 years just for the welfare fraud for anything over $500. You would think with 5 laptops you would figure that out.
