did you get the refund?
did you get the refund?
Quoted from CrotchRotXO:
I live on the same street as Kev! He bought himself a new ferrari 458 a few months ago. His wife has a bmw m5.
He went on vacation to the bahamas and brought everybody on the steet a box of Cuban cigars each!
I thought he had won the lottery by the way he has been living over the past few years.
I think his wife has new silicon boobs now, courtesy of you guys! He has a fantastic pinball collection, He has 5 BBBs.
Who needs five big bang bars? haha! The guy is crazy! To think he used to drive a prius!
You guys made him a millionare overnight! Hes probably spent it all now! I mean the guy has some balls! He even called it The Predator.lol! Cmon!
could have maybe believed this post before the 5 BBB comment.
this is so messed up. situations like this make me lose faith in humanity. this is just wrong.
Im with the guy who mentioned talking to OSHA. There is no way he is OSHA compliant from a manufacturing stand point. I mean I'm sure manufacturing in a basement is a fire hazard, only 1 exit probably which are stairs, doubt he had fire extinguishers that were certified by the fire marshall every (i think 6 months?) All sorts of safety protocols ( i wonder if like an eye wash station is needed) Air ventilation if he's painting / working with chemicals down there. Worth a shot to get more people breathing down his neck, especially if the rumors that he is still trying to make these games is legit. I don't have a horse in the race but if i did I may contact someone at OSHA to make a little visit. Also, like someone said, a residential area is not zoned for what he is doing. Keep making his life harder to live until something gives. He's had enough time, another 30-60 days isnt going to bring anything positive except Kevin thinking he is going to get away with it. Im sure he is feeling pretty good about having the FBI case dropped. He's dumb enough to think hes won. Dont let him win.
Everyone should call the same contact at FOX until they are like, "this is out of control let's shut it down "
this is a great way to start the day, so happy for all of you who have been out on this. hopefully everyone gets what they paid back
if people dont get their money back i hope they at least get justice in the legal system and he pays for his crimes.
did Enaud ever get paid from his case? I think the dates have passed but not sure
Quoted from Enaud:
I would guess that each one is a separate complaint (one for each plaintiff). Come on Keith, give us just a little info. Inquiring minds want to know.
KeithinMI hasnt posted in 4 months O_o
Quoted from shakenbake:
I am the guy that was on Shark Tank representing my company VPcabs LLC. I am not nor have I ever been affiliated with Paul AKA "Noahfentz". I have also never worked with Kevin although he has called and texted me the past few months asking to build him arcade cabinets. I declined that promptly
thats good information, how was he planning on paying for those cabs?
Quoted from shakenbake:
It didn't get that far.
yeah, it was more of a thought than a question for you. but if he just filed for bankruptcy and was planning to buy cabs a few months ago, where is that money. Was he trying to get a large quantity of cabs? maybe hes trying to do some other scam with arcade games now
You guys should start a go fund me for it, I'd donate to help put a nail in this coffin
Quoted from HappyDayz:
Weird. That was his name when he contacted me through FB and threatened me and my family.
My sole reason for getting my hands on the game was to look at the game code and how they solved several other issues (like boot-up sequence and powering on) for my own P-ROC project. That was it. No other grand conspiracy.
Quoted from cfh:
To the make matters worse, the moderators here aren't helping at all either. If anybody has a difference of opinion then the mob who is caring pitchforks, you guys thrown them out. Of course I'm talking about Tim. He provided some insight, which of course was different than what other people are saying, but it was very relevant and was not mean-spirited in any way.
I'm pretty sure he got the boot for using a duplicate account which violates pinside rules, not for his comments in this thread.
edit: got beat to the punch by a few seconds
Quoted from RCA1:
Should stop here.
Are you saying that it would be better if Kevin's fraud was not made public? Do you think that would have ended well?
I think Hiltons point is that they made sure they were taken care of before they made it public, rather than bring it to light as soon as they were aware of the situation.
Quoted from lyonsden:
Another thing I don't get with those on the side of this deep conspiracy hypothesis: you claim that it is a fight against the "community" to teach them a lesson. As part of that community, you are the victims of the lesson or claim to be fighting on behalf of the community. But you don't really care to support the community's platform for communication even at the most basic level. Why don't you both contribute $5 to Pinside and get a heart, or make that grey heart red? If you need help, just PM me and I'll make the donation on your behalf.
donation shaming is juvenile and makes you look petty
edit: props for the reconciliation
Quoted from Brickshot:
It's frequently discussed in Michigan and there are few secrets.
Can any Michigan pinsiders vouch for this guy as being someone other than Tim? If you are chatting with fellow pin heads in Michigan, surely one of them is on here. Might be an easy way to get people of your case if you have one of them hop on and say you are legit.
I wonder what other skeletons are gonna come outta peoples closets. This is like a soap opera
Quoted from Sonny_Jim:
In her ramblings, she goes on about Kevin being a world champion and getting a Williams factory tour when he was younger. I'm not sure if that's the tournament she was talking about, but it shouldn't be that hard for someone with the IFPA data to have a look through.
here is his ifpa page again: https://www.ifpapinball.com/player.php?p=4573#past
He did not beat Josh or Zach at any of these events but he did be Roger a few times.
if we assume they never actually intended to make the machines,
perhaps they bought this house in the flood plan to say once it flooded that everything was ruined in the basement shop and couldnt refund people? but never actually tried to make games so they just kept the money and could move later, under the radar?
but shit hit the fan before the first time it flooded them so they did not get to do that?
maybe. who knows
Quoted from MrBally:
REVEALED!!!! The eight machines, the spare parts, Clay, his pals, the SECRET MEETING site and more....
No need to keep this under wraps whysnow; Just make a $100.00 donation in my name to pinside annually for the next five years. Time to make the heart red again. This time with the special+ sign. TIA
Can we please stop trolling each other and stay on topic. It seems you get your jollys off giving Whysnow a hard time. It appears like he is trying to help get a resolution out of this whole ordeal and you just want to keep hounding him.
Quoted from Wolfmarsh:
Sorry, work is killing me right now.
Here is the latest audio for the PIORNAK II case: https://soundcloud.com/user-800669943/1ap2017-02013-20170907-140119
Thanks for your contributions to the thread! Much appreciated
Quoted from vdojaq:
OK, do you think you will ever see anything more than 10 cents on the dollar? That's on the high end...after the lawyers are done.
This has been argued ad nauseam in this thread. for most it is going thru the process of making life for KK and crew as hard as possible and that the full extent of the law is used on them.
