Quoted from FatPanda:This is huge right here. It's an uphill battle in the beginning. Routine, routine, routine! You gotta get into a routine. Just moving is a big step for anyone that wants to lose a few pounds. I use to work out. Always had my set routine after work. I followed the P90X slim routine (more focus on cardio with some weight) and counted my calories with a food tracker. Lost 30 pounds in about 4 months, slow and steady and felt strong and did it for a few years. It was great! Then my wife and I had our first daughter, and man did that throw a wrench in everything! Late nights, early mornings, in and out of sleep every few hours at night. The last thing I wanted to do was workout! Dad-bod has now set in and just thinking about working out again is a big no lol.
I hope i can find the motivation again, but right now, it seems so far away! Curtis taking these first few steps and establishing a routine is so important.
Routine, routine, routine!
First is frequency, then duration, then intensity. He is looking great.
