If I replace it with a AnyPin NVRAM DMD+ I get only one red light and never boots, The AnyPin NVRAM DMD+ is for DMD games. The Stern MPU200 U8 socket is a totally different size and incompatible. How are you even plugging it in? Or are you talking about a different AnyPin NVRAM product? The Bally Star Trek software will likely fail if there is a RAM at U13. It only wants to see 4-bit RAM at U8.

Great topic Number one for me is Johnny Mnemonic-the slow novelty glove completely ruined an other wise great flowing game That's the first for me. Game seems really fun but as soon as you have to do the glove thing I'm done. Next is Stern Star Trek. Starting modes was such a pita. You have two options which is nice but both shots are difficult. Same for Shadow. Starting modes should not be that difficult where novice players have no chance hitting the shot unless blind luck.

I've never bought the same machine twice, but have had a few rotate through my basement in trade multiple times. I do much better accepting the best trade offer rather than holding out for cash or the exact game I want. Games held multiple times through trades: Deadpool Jurassic Park Attack From Mars Pinbot Total Nuclear Annihilation There are a few games I feel I was talked out of a bit early and would love to have again. Fish Tales, Godzilla, Stern Star Trek being at the top of that list.

Almost certainly a mis-gapped switch on the swinging UFO/cow target. If the switch is triggering every time it swings, it will generate unreasonable scores. (cf. Stern Star Trek warp ramp opto glitches) Should be a simple adjustment, but needs to get reported to the operator.
