Recently joined the club with the pro edition. Terrific game, ramps that flow like glass and thoroughly enjoying learning all the rules. I did spend some time setting it up as had plenty of sdtm drains from pops and slings making outlane drains. Now that the pitch is correct and perfectly level its lost most of the cheap drains and more power to the slings makes it easier to handle the outlane drains.

The wife and I have just finished watching the first season so I now know what the CDC shot is all about. Look forward to watching more seasons and trying for last man standing, siege etc etc

Quoted from Gogojohnnyquack:

What angle did you settle on? I'm at 6.5 and get some drains but not excessive.

Yup 6.5 now. I would say 90% of the time it will now return to the left flipper. Gives the option now of either catching it or letting it bounce over to the right flipper for a few quick drop target shots

Hey guys I tried out a few of the remix editions from KPG & Cleland for twd. All great stuff but thought I would try my own. I've used only songs from the tv series soundtrack from AMC so they fit the theme well and as intended. Still need to add alternate jackpot, combo callouts and more music for horde, last man standing, terminus and crossbow frenzy. Hope you all enjoy and once complete I will upload and share the download link.

I'm sure the past 130+ pages this has already been done but for those with a pro, free time and a couple of dollars for resistors/leds this ain't too bad.

Video is terrible quality but shows it in action.

J6-1 Power, j6-2 head 1, j6-3 head 2 and j6-8 head 3.

Quoted from Rensh:

Just ordered an EL panel for behind the heads and have it hooked to GI. How did you mount the leds? This as the backboard is flat mounted, you removed some wood?

I would suggest using the flashers as all the code is already done and ready to work with game play and attract mode. GI will just stay on, the flashers work with each shot showing you how far or close you are to Woodbury.

I just used pcb breadboard. It's very thin and just 3m tapped to the top. No holes drilled, no wood removed.

Then just pinned a new Molex

or you could just order this and have it done for you.

I took it a step further and added the fish tank and heads from the DVD boxset (same dimensions and head size of the stern premium/le fishtank/heads)

Hey that's very cool. Will see if I can hunt down an old box set from eBay.

The mezelmod looks great for a plug n play approach. There is no difference in design apart from mezel using ribbon cable piggyback. I've soldered, crimped and pinned a new connector. Either way being in NZ it's a saving of $100 to have the same thing and the enjoyment of making my own.

I always get too greedy to cash out on horde via Woodbury I've made it to last man standing twice now but yet to see Siege. I find LMS easier to achieve in tournament mode as it only takes one bank of drops to start modes, more modes gets more multikills and horde, more horde gets more walkers and last man standing.

I've been playing lately just working on x-bow frenzy. It's so ruthless on the pro as you have to make each shot on the fly. Very rewarding mode when achieved.

Now anyone got advice on CDC? I can get good barn and tunnel scores but only have 59,750,000 CDC grand champion.

Geez I'm not sure but I think they must. I've only had this pin for the past couple months. I never came close, like around 40-60 walkers on normal play but on tournament mode I average around 80-100 most plays.

It's having to complete the drops twice for each mode that makes it hard.

Quoted from chuckwurt:

Do walker kills in horde count now? I thought they didn’t count towards the 115.

Ok your right. Just tried with glass off and walkers killed didn't move on Horde. Same amount of walkers before and after. There goes my logic on why I thought I was doing better haha

Quoted from Damien:

Nope... Going to get to this damn wizard mode and then flip this game for a MET!

Surely it's not just about getting the wizard mode. You need to get it and complete it! That's why this game is so great, last man standing is hard and completing it is near impossible.

Got Seige for the first time tonight. No spoilers but wow that mode is my favourite on TWD. I wish it was easier achieved so I could play the mode more often.

When I first achieve any mode for the first time I always lose the ball in excitement. Was stoked to not only start it but finished it. This pin is very, very good!

(Edit) forgot to mention there is no high score for Seige? Bit weird seeing the pin has high scores for everything....walkers, combo champ, BG, dead modes, terminus, bloodbath etc

Quoted from Pale_Purple:

Think I was close to siege but I can never look up to see how many shots left, too much action.

Ain't that the truth.

I had played the premium and LE. Once I played the pro it had my attention and started the hunt to own the game. It's the flow and speed of the pro that won me over.

Quoted from DNO:

That would be me! One of a kind still afaik. When's the last time anyone made 10 ramps in a row on a LE/prem.?[quoted image]

Ok we have a winner. Best of both worlds.
