Quoted from iceman44:I don't think so, at least on what I'm playing you have to start Prison first and then WW.
Yes you guys are right I must have drained one of the WW balls then started Prison MB.

edit , U have Replay's set to Credit's
I just haven't changed it to free play BR! And I do have another dmd coming thanks to DC who noticed the "dots" that are out.
I don't know, I kind of like hitting the add a credit button
Quoted from iceman44:I can't break it.........this addictive mofo is killing me!
Nice score.
I'm hoping in the next code update you can start prison multiball when WW multi is going, although I like the challenge of trying to not hit WW to get the stack. I love Blood bath, cool music and with all three going plus a mode and multi kill, wow. To all the haters who thought we were in a honeymoon phase, you can suck my Marty McSorely.

Damn he's fat, needs to get back on the rink!
No honeymoon, its pure greatness
Quoted from gweempose:Can someone please explain to me how exactly you get 2x playfield going.
Hit the targets at the prison, this lights up Tower. Shoot RIOT shot into Tower target and boom! 2x. The more you work the targets before collecting the Tower , the longer the 2x lasts.
Quoted from ezeltmann:Hit the targets at the prison, this lights up Tower. Shoot RIOT shot into Tower target and boom! 2x. The more you work the targets before collecting the Tower , the longer the 2x lasts.
That's awesome. You can always count on Lyman for good rules. I've seen the tower insert light up, but never put two and two together.

I don't do this enough either.

Thats good to know. I always thought it was lighting the X's on the inlanes. What do the X's do then?
Quoted from Hashman:Thats good to know. I always thought it was lighting the X's on the inlanes. What do the X's do then?
X's build up as long as you dont use them. they light (and build to the next X level) at every 2 zombie kills IIRC.
Got some Evil Dead stuff i put in tonight.

So every time you complete the lanes + kill 2 walkers it increases the lit inlane multiplier? Can this be stacked with 2X playfield? If you have a 4X inlane multiplier and 2X playfield running, is your next shot worth 8X? If so, that's f***ing awesome!

You got it , except Bicycle girl shots do not work with the X. That might be a bug or intended. Earlier in this thread i posted a pic from a game i had. You can see a "next shot is 5x" when the ball rolls over the X switch. If you get a chance to trap the ball the information screens will tell you what the X has built up to.

That explains my confusion. I hit BG right away last night with an inlane multiplier and only got 750,000. That's gotta be a bug. I would think the multiplier should apply to ANY shot.
Quoted from Black_Knight:Just picked up my machine this weekend.
When was your game built? I'm curious if it came with the ramp fix from the factory (foam pads underneath the flap), and if the well walker base is bare metal.
I have another LE/premium rules question. When the left orbit is lit, there is some kind of flame thrower bonus that goes up every time you hit the spinner. How do you cash this in?

Woodbury shot to collect. Hit the WB drop target to start. Build the JP by hitting the spinner, collect it by hitting WB. Value you get is displayed first after you make the WB shot. Then it does the WB mode.

Cool. Thanks! Can you combine it with the inlane multiplier?
Manufacture tag is December 14.
The original owner ordered the fix kit and was received last week. I left the original mylar on as it was not damaged.
Well Walker has a ring/decal or whatever it is and it is damaged already. Fewer than 200 plays. I'll take a closer look at it next time I open it up.
I went home for lunch today and put a respectable 111,000,000 on it, and had another game at 59MM.
I'm learning to stack the multi balls and some other tricks, but have a long way to go.
Quoted from gweempose:Cool. Thanks! Can you combine it with the inlane multiplier?
Not sure off the top of my head, but there seem to be a few things that the inlane multiplier do not affect. Combos being one. I think spinner JP as another.
I think / hope Lyman will be touching up the multiplier rules in the next update.
Quoted from gweempose:Cool. Thanks! Can you combine it with the inlane multiplier?
i have scored about 16mil sometimes , so i am saying it works with the multiplier.
I don't know if any of guys ordered the flasher mod for the WellWalker from PinRef but if you didn't and weren't sure how it would look I'm here to tell you that it is amazing and a must have, I've changed my flasher to blue underneath and ordered the blue for the upper playfield flasher as well and it looks great, really adds some contrast and during frantic play its quite nice. Anyway for 20$ can't go wrong.

One referral credit to Hazoff. SOLD!
Can anyone confirm you must start blood bath before multi-ball? Im just noticing it seems like even modes like Riot can be started during MB. This means the strategy might end up just being 1-fold and bash the Prison (no need to do anything at all during single ball play). Please tell me Im wrong
Quoted from Bond_Gadget_007:Can anyone confirm you must start blood bath before multi-ball?
You can start Blood Bath on its own or during a multiball. I find it's easiest to get it qualified, start prison multiball, and then go for the targets during the ball saver.
Quoted from Bond_Gadget_007:<<You can start Blood Bath on its own or during MB>>
Yikes, thats a bad rule. Way too easy to just go for MB only then everytime. Ugh, rules do matter unless you want another bash Sparky all day fiasco. No offense, I just can't buy a game with just one strategy. Sorry I won't be joining TWD club
It's not as lucrative as you think. You still have to make shots. I have started both multiballs and blood bath together and still not broken 100 million. Not sure where you are coming from. Multiples other have already noted other very lucrative strategies too.
Guys, I'm getting a switch #60 error on the report. When I look in the book, it appears its not used for anything.
Anyone else seen this, it is on a premium/le.

#60 is the for right pop bumper and I get that error to because I disable it for smoother action out of the pops. Did you do the same?
Quoted from Whysnow:I may have missed it when scanning the thread...
Does anyone have a link to some nice custom TWD instruction/pricing cards?
TIA

These are well made. The rules has small print, but who reads the rule sheet anyway! LOL
I printed mine, but they are just a tad smaller than the regular ones. May have to print them just a little bit bigger.
Quoted from luvthatapex2:Fun Fact: According to the Stern video there are also 2 other programmers on TWD (Tanio Klyce and Mike Kyzivat). I assume Lyman is the lead, but I'm sure these guys are putting in their fair share of the code work and you never hear them mentioned.
It's kind of like how nobody mentions the second unit director on a Spielberg film.

Keep in mind that every time you complete a "supply" you have to knock down the correct "unlit" remaining supply target first (while it is flashing) in order to complete that supply set and to advance to Blood Bath. If you think that is too easy during a multiball, you are mistaken. It is possible to complete the drops multiple times without ever advancing the lights to blood bath. Of course the drops also light the modes, so going for drops can be lucrative , but dangerous.
<<so going for drops can be lucrative, but dangerous>>
Only dangerous in single ball play, hence why being in multiball will become the only safe strategy. People try to justify Avengers rules but there's a reason you never see that game in tournaments (Loki MB all day). Code update can fix this, but its a big oversight by Tanio and Mike amateur programmers right off the bat. It's Pinball 101 you must qualify the mode before multiball starts.

Sorry to hear that BR, hope everything works out.
Quoted from 30FathomDave:TWD pro has slipped to #91 in the rankings. What a bunch of horseshit.
Don't worry about those ratings man. With all the Pinside doggers for each game shit like that happens. What I like to do is filter it by all ratings so even if they didn't leave a comment because they knew what they were doing was BS, I can still see their BS rating. Some of those doggers might surprise you and some are just the same old doggers of every new game.
I still just wish Stern would tell us the reason behind why the actors/sound clips from the show didn't make it into the game. That question has always bothered me.

Likely because they had to pay extra.

Going for them in multiball is easier said than done.
It's a trade off really. The game continues to cycle through the 3 drop target modes. If you knock a drop down when it's on one you've already lit, you have to complete the bank before you can try for the other completions.
In multiball it's common for a stray ball to hit the targets at the wrong time, then you have to hit them all down and try again!
It's easier in single ball play to time it. It's less risky in multiball because you have more than 1 ball, but it punishes you for mis-hits.

That's why it's good to prime blood bath right before one or more multiballs startup. then you can just let they wildness of multiball complete the bank for blood bath, then just try and keep the mutliball going for the whole blood bath timer.
