My Scooby is finally on the way. Honestly, I was hoping it might be delayed until some of the kinks are worked out. Idk if I’ll be that lucky based on my reading of this thread.

Quoted from Goyomex:I think you're putting too much into some of the folks with issues. The good news is it's the minority - the vast majority of us are enjoying Scooby without issues. Been working out of the box, since day 1, without problems for me. The better news is that Spooky is amazing with support. In the unlikely event you run into issues, you'll get immediate and thorough support to help you through it.
Congrats on the pending arrival - you'll love it!
Good to hear. Ty!
Well, got my Scooby and frankly idk what the hell is going on. The game will just randomly end in the middle of a ball. I’ve updated the firmware and done switch tests. I don’t even know where to begin with this beast. Could anyone give me an idea to investigate?
Quoted from Soundkillr:Mine was doing the same thing. I just got it 2 weeks ago. I sent them data logs and a day later they sent me another pc communication board (I think that's what it's called) unfortunately I haven't had a chance to get to replace it yet ..but my games dropping in the middle of a game are random. Does yours do it all the time? Do you have any open switches other than the trough switches?
I can’t narrow it to anything consistent. I am currently messing with ball trough switches in the hopes that it is something like this. Ty for the info, I’ll get in touch with them.
