Quoted from JodyG:Side note- the maximum strength of thread engagement is equal to the diameter of the bolt. A 6-32 thread is about .138" in diameter. So after .138" of thread from the post is engaged in the mating thread, no more strength is attained.
Maximum strength is achieved at 1 1/2 times the diameter of the screw.
I was hoping to buy another JJP pin, (I have a WOZECLE & POTCLE).
I won't be buying another JJP pin for a while. At this point, CGC is going to get my money. They make a quality product.
Quoted from Yelobird:A better question as their entire product is Defined by the use of a playfield is where else in the world could they go to get thousands of playfields made in order to talk tough with Micro. I can’t think of a single company that would handle that volume or liability while partnering almost exclusively with JJP.
I would say Bader...
But I think JJP burnt that bridge back when they were having problems with the initial run of WOZ.
Quoted from jeffro01:Over/under on how long before the first "My Toy Story 4 playfield is disintegrating" thread appears?
Jeff
Less than a month.
