Quoted from KnockerPTSD:

Sometimes I want to play pinball at 2am or call a punishing game a dick.
Now I can.

My wife usually comes downstairs and asks if I’m having fun. I say, yeah absolutely why? And she goes, well I hear you keep yelling F....! at it. Lol.

Got a Star Wars recently and thought it could use some additional company to enrage my guests!

Has some stadiums that came with it... not usually a fan of color bombing the PF artwork, but I'm happy with making that terrible puke yellow go away

Time to let go.
After servicing this Williams' Flash pinball for about 35 years, the owner needed
to downsize. So, I got to pick up this old familiar game. The owner is a
great gal, she got it a few years after the game was released.
In all, it is pretty much OEM with no mods.

Worked all day, then did a 350-mile trip to bring home my 8th Pat Lawlor machine! Only Bally WMS Lawlor machine we are missing is Safe Cracker. It looks like the game was being shopped and someone lost interest at the 95% completion point. Gonna do a full playfield teardown & cleaning anyway...this machine makes me smile

Congrats on the Radical! I’ve got one as well...hope you can solve the MPU boot issue. I've worked through quite a few that wouldn't start. Bad RAM, CPU, crystal oscillator, PIA...quite a few things can cause a boot failure on System 11.

Fell in love with this simple one three years ago at Pincinnati. Tried to buy it then. Fast forward to this year first day of pincinnati owner posted it. I wasn't going this year but a friend was. Asked him to store it for me but he did me one better and delivered it to me tonight. It's a players condition game but im happy.

sad to see AIQ pro go, but it never earned all that well and my wife really wanted a JP so i made a trade deal with another op friend; this'll stay home for a while before it heads to out on location. at least stayin' in the Elwin family?

and since i finally got it set up, here's the Counterforce i dragged back from Portland last month that's been sitting in storage ever since.

it came with a much nicer backglass that lacks trim or a lift channel so for now it's the not-so-nice one. it also needs a some tweaks to dial it in but generally it plays pretty well.

it's now in my back space with the Stern JP i picked up yesterday! sadly only room for two pins back there so i had to move Magic Castle to temporary storage.

like several other titles, we can blame local long-time EM and early SS collector James Edes for introducing Counterforce to us in the region. i picked this up because i had played James's machine, and the guy i got it from had originally shipped it from the east coast specifically because he had played James's and loved it. the same scenario happened for me with a DE Slap Shot redemption game.

Does anyone know if a Williams widebody will fit in a 2022 Santa Fe?

Have some logistics issues getting this game and this all I have available to me. Prefer not to have to rent a vehicle for the pickup.

Don’t quote me on this but I’m pretty sure the head width is the same on a wide body and the head is the widest part. I would think if a standard game can fit a wide body should be ok. It may be taller though can’t speak to that.

Had to. $50 Owner said it didn’t turn on.
Got it home and unfortunately the power supply is 42v and previous owner fried it. Fuse is good, but a resistor is burnt. I’ve got a 24v pwr supply on order. I’ve owned a Zizzle At World’s End (G2 version) and loved it.

1975 Gottlieb Soccer works!
What does “Sample Playfield” mean? (See pic)
It even has all of the original balls.
I need to fix the animation mech and spinners don’t score.
So far pretty fun to play.

You'd ofc want to check the rest of the game to see if anything had been swapped, but it would be an indicator that it's a sample game, one that they would have out there early to drive sales and basically be some of the first post-proto production examples. My gottlieb's cabinet has this same type of tag indicating that it was a sample, but 20ish years later.

Check your game's S/N if there's an S at the end, it's a sample game.

Nice Score!!
