To be fair, LTG has been very quick at answering most technical issues on the GNR Pinside threads. Except for those regarding the playfield. It’s pretty clear that he’s been told to steer clear of those.
And for what it’s worth, JJP has sent me two replacement servos and a post update kit without much hassle after I contacted their tech support email.
