From our fellow Pinsider AlexF I presume:

Yep, I bought this one never intending to keep it. I have to say though it is a lot more fun than I anticipated. I've been playing it nightly. I think I priced it a bit high but I wouldn't be broken hearted if it stuck around for a little longer.

I think you have it priced fair Alex.

#3304 10 years ago

Thanks Dave. I have a little room on price and could do a bit better for the Pinside gang.

Heh, I haven't forgotten about my Hockey game. I was extremely excited to get the decal you made me Pafasa. I did discover something on that machine that has frustrated me a bit so I haven't been as anxious to finish it. The play field is made of plywood and when I got it the edges of the top layer had delaminated. I glued them down and everything seemed good.

Recently when inspecting the game in excited anticipation of finally getting that cool glass on it I noticed now the center has bubbled up. And not just a little. It's enough so the players don't want to move. So I'm kind of at a loss what to do. I feel like I need to get the whole top plywood off now but am not sure how to remove it since I recently glued the outside edge down. Sorry to get off topic, maybe I need to start a new thread but any advice is appreciated.

#3307 10 years ago

Work glue in through the holes where the players are? Definitely start a new thread on this one.

Here's a quick video that may give you some pricing (he takes offers as well) and a look at some of the machines that might be available. My buddy took this vid and picked up the Jungle Princess while he was there. I think the Atlantis is gone as well, but unsure about others:

Oh man can you imagine back in 1976- 77 if Bally rolled out a 'Logan's Run' Pin?

I was talking about the other one, not the air hockey...

I think some of the players got spun off the rotating shafts and someone 86`d it. And no it wasn't me.

What a theme that would have been, lots of possibilities with that movie they should have capitalized on.
