Up on the roof of my business park, cleaning off all the pine needles from the neighbors tree.
Live from the roof!
6m up - 18ft. 10 years old, a bit of moss buildup!
If you look up the far end, you can see the scissor lift. Jump off the side of that, grab the ladder, and get up on the top. The asphalt is too angled for the lift to go 6m high.

Aaah. Here we are allowed to cut any portion that is over the property line.

Oh, I’ve done that ... but the tree is so big, the pine needles just come off it anyway.
I was up on the roof before Xmas with my big chainsaw in one hand, swinging it around over the edge, trimming back as much as I could lol

"But it is a dry cold!".
Doc do you have a lot of sycamore trees on your property? Love the look of the bone white and peeling bark. I like paper birch trees, very similar to Sycamores in that they peel and their trunks can vary from crème white to light pink. If you have any take some shots of them, preferably in good light. I regularly search for them to place in paintings.

Quite a few Sycamore trees around here. Not far from the house is this massive one that would probably take five or six people to fully ring arms around the trunk. Picture does not scale it well, but trust me. . . its big!
Wow, we got hit again. This is so weird, because winter had been so mild up 'til now: last week I noticed these wild tulips had started to bloom very early, only to get pummeled by the snow a week later.
The snow highlighted the tree branches so magically this time compared to last pic.

Bikini pics or it didn't happen!

Fast forward 8 months and the construction is almost finished on the apartment building.
