Thought it would be a good idea to cut some firewood today. I cut, I loaded, and then I got stuck in some mud.

Had a decent day last weekend, so I thought I'd take the RTV down below and fill up the
bird feeders and then took a pic. Here in Upstate, the snow's still adhered to the trees..

Look for King Kwik brothers, they were the start. I used to love their ice's especially the blue ones.

Sort of, but more like this.

Then the linesmen turn up in new Landcruisers with bamboo ladders on the roof.

It's common to have to step over lines dangling down into the street with bare ends too.

Yes, I get it. My pic does not have the detail of yours, but I have seen it all over the world. The US used to be that way.

Makes me think of the power lines in Iraq. I drove a Humvee down a street in Fallujah in 2007. And pulled down every line to about 30 homes with the antennas on the truck. Poor folks I felt pretty bad about it.

Over the last couple of weeks, my wife and I have noticed a few trails through our backyard. We thought maybe it was kids cutting through the yard.

This morning we found out it was not.

Not sure why they're going back and forth, but we counted 18 of them!

Yesterday, while working on a machine in the basement, I heard much odd noise outdoors.
So I took a snap off the deck. I'd say 800 - 1,000. Couldn't get them all in the pic..

I'm cooped up on a work related illness (unrelated to you-know-what) so can't really go out for a walk. But there were a LOT of people out for a walk on the trail today since we are close to 50 degrees for the first time in a long time. Lot of folks walking with their dogs and children. Late afternoon haven't seen anyone out for awhile now. Here's a back yard view.
