If you're a fan of the band then it's believable. I like some of their songs so waiting for more reveal/info but for the ones going on straight FOMO it's a bad idea for sure.

It’s hard for me to believe that Stern didn’t have some training wheels on him for design on his first cornerstone. When you have Borg, Elwin, Gomez, etc. down the hall it’s gotta be easy to bounce ideas off of people and get input.
Can’t believe Stern would let Danger fail on design on this one.
He pretty much said there was some hand holding through the full gamut of the cornerstone process because of his first time through it, even if the design is mostly his ideas I'm sure every designer gets feedback from others and adjusts somewhat on that.

Someone said yesterday that Pinballs.com and Gameroom Goodies might have some left. You can google pinball distributors by state and call around to the lesser known ones and check also.

Probably since there are 1000 being made and it's the day after they went on sale, have to be willing to call some of the lesser known distributors/dealers and be open to paying shipping/tax on top.

I just depends on the distributor, some still offer it whether they are taking the cost out of their bottom line or not.

I would not put any faith in being able to purchase a kit for a premium until Stern actually makes them available, plus the old surprise price increase will probably happen as well since they know the demand is there.

Stern is okay with any markup because it justifies them increasing prices in the future, they only care when a distributor tries to sell below MSRP.
