  In the New Age surely turned *some* profit on the sale of a NIB Premium for just $8750, and Betson in turn turned *some* profit selling the game to ITNA for, what, $8400? Seems more than likely at this point that ITNA never had a NIB Jaws Premium, never intended buy it from Betson, and never intended to ship it to you as this was 100% scam.

  Jaws is not on my radar for purchase. After playing both the pro and the premium several times over the last couple of weeks, especially yesterday at PATZ, the pro is just too different for me. I much more enjoy the premium.

  yeah I feel the used market on Jaws is going to be very active in a year... it's a great game for pinheads who can get into the non-traditional design aspects, but it lacks in the fun department and there are just too many other great machines being manufactured these days. Based on mixed reactions and ratings, I expect this to lose value closer to AIQ and Venom than JP or Godzilla. If money is really your concern just go play on location and wait until the pro's are selling for under 6.

  I finally got to Jaws Multiball 2 last night and completed it in my first go. I still haven't beaten part one. I'm betting they tweak that one a bit in future code updates, ten jackpots to qualify for the super jackpot is a LOT.

  I think the modders are influencing the manufacturers as well to push the limits. Stern just released a giant barrel for their JAWS LE machines shooter knob. How does that feel trying to do a skill shot? Is it like trying to grab a giant sausage? Do you like sausage?   You’ll get all the premium/LE buyers saying pro is too stripped down & barren. You’ll also get the pro buyers saying they don’t like upper playfields……and they’ll shit on each other such is pinside. To each their own so go play both! I’m more inclined to the pro models on most games from a financial standpoint. The extra $2,500 I can put towards the next one! The only mech I wished would’ve stayed on the pro is jaws popping up from under the playfield. Now then the pro would be a no brainer!

  I am also new to the hobby. I also prefer modern pinballs because if the old ones break down, I don't have a clue how to fix them. If you prefer Stern only, my son and I really enjoy playing Jaws. We prefer that over Venom for sure. We also enjoy Elton John. We have a few top wanted pinballs that we will add this year.

  something attracts me to venom is LE way to go on this one or is pro or pre fine? my distributor has about 5 venoms le he cant get rid of I sure wouldn't pay for a boat anchor like the LE...why pay thousands more than a premium for a game that will be hard to move? Prem m+ for sure though over pro. Jaws Premoum is better than pro but not by a ton. Jaws over Venom pretty easy choice for me.

  Do you have any mods in the pipeline for the left back corner of the Jaws Pro? I know you’re concentrating on premium/LE, but that area on the pro is a big spot and could hold something really neat next to that wharf. An Orca at dock perhaps! I’m thinking there’ll be plenty of customers once the pros start getting delivered.

  Deadpool is a great entry game. Great flow, easy to grasp the rules with awesome music and callouts. I gave Jaws a rip a month ago and had a blast. Im sure it has a 100 different rules going on with it by now, but having something to grow into is also nice.

  Bond. Admittedly partial to the ip, though. Couldn't give two shits about Jaws as a theme, but it's a cool game and will improve as more code comes down the ... up the price with every Stern accessory (including topper) attached. If I was staring Bond and Jaws down at the same price point, I'd still pick Bond.

  I didn’t enjoy bond when it 1st came out but now I’m really digging it. I’m considering picking one up. You can find some bond pros around 6k right now. Jaws is pretty awesome though as well. Pick up bond now as jaws will be around for quite some time….actually they both will so pick either one!

  Yes but I do not have a FF (yet)........ Ahhhhhh! Ok. :D Fun fact...you can play another game's code in any Stern machine. I loaded Jaws code on my James Bond just so I could check it out, listen to the music, sounds and callouts. And of course when making code mods, I test the Premium/LE code on my Pros.

  Not really. The crappy amplifier on the CPU board is the core issue. Even if you get awesome speakers, the amp on the CPU board is not up to powering them well, so sound quality only improves marginally. Thx. Can someone post the link to the best kit for jaws. Thx!

  Ok, some preliminary observations... 1) I need a PinMonk quiet fan ASAP! 2) I also need blue springs. 3) Jet pack isn't working right because the post doesn't go all the way down and it strips the ball off the magnet. I assume this will be an easy fix? About to lift the hood and see. 4) The enter your initials screen isn't nearly as cool as the one for Jaws. I broke the original owner's GC score on my 4th game. 5) James Bond multiball... got that for the first time and it was awesome!

  Play your game dude. lol. And the flipper fans? No need anymore. Def not on JJP games. Want to waste $$ on Stern games? Don’t see it either. Oh sure, edit your post after I downvote you! I'm kind of happy about all the horrible themes being tossed about now. Pokémon, lol! After buying Jaws and now Bond and hopefully a LZ in the near future my pinball fund will be exhausted. I don't like JJPs as a general rule, but I will say EJ is their best that I've seen.
