This game looks pretty lame compared to JP. It isn't cannibalizing anything, IMO.

It simply blows my mind that people will pony up non-refundable money for a game that has not been seen or played yet, with code that will likely be unfinished for at least a year(s). There is entirely too much easy money out there right now, apparently. What does the SLE really give you over the LE? Beatles Diamond opened the door for this nonsense, and rich pinheads rubber stamped the order allowing them to do it again.
Quoted from MikeS:The rumor I heard was that TMNT was a Borg design with Dwight on code and Zombie Yeti on art.
Poor Yeti...that sounds terrible.
I'm still dumbfounded nobody has figured out how to do a Sonic the Hedgehog pin. But I digress. Word on the street is that better than half the LE's are spoken for at distributors already. This is gonzo.
Looks fun to play, but I wouldn't drop $8k on one. And the LE/SLE offers very little extra value for the money, in my opinion.
Quoted from pinballwil:Time to make new anti pooling playfield protectors.
That covers more playfield.
Made off 0.75 mm Bayer macrolon. With NO cutout under the sling post that covers the hard hitting post on the playfield.
Its a good and cheap idea to protect last years playfield run from Stern And JJP from pooling.
You can't put Makrolon polycarbonate under ANYTHING. It will warp when the machine warms up. It must be floating. Also, playfield protectors suck. So there's that.
