Same, it sounds like a lot of people have had issues with JJP support, but for me it had been fantastic. Don’t know what the hell to think.

Yeah, I am out too as a future JJP buyer. With Lloyd out I have lost faith in JJP as a company. Either they don’t have the resources to compensate Lloyd, or incompetent to come to this conclusion. Either way both are troubling, so I am out as a future customer.

And I have a great level of veneration for Lloyd; this is not a public rebuke or rebuttal of him or all the selfless services he has done for this community. This is me asking "Wait...so THAT is what did it for some of you?"

Most owners would ditch the pin if it starts to chip all to hell. Regardless of how good the pin is.

I guess - if the PF's are offered by JJP for free. But you would still have to (or pay to) replace the PF in your machine. No small feat. Anyway, it if is a Mirco playfield replacement it may still be a crappy PF.

Hopefully they have corrected the issue going forward - but I feel bad for the Pirates, WW, and GnR owners (well the ones that care about having bad playfields - as we have seen, some don't care if they are bad or not).
