Does that mean I might get mine by New Years?

I really like the way they are shifting between the split DMD and the full screen mode. It gives more flexibility and enables one to see the score more often while also allowing for the most entertaining animations to be full screen. (and you can even see the score changing).

Ughh! That sucks. Yours will probably be in Stafford tomorrow morning based on my games route. Is the shipper available to ship on Monday? If it gets to Stafford tomorrow, call them again and ask if they can ship on Monday. I would think they are working on Monday. I doubt they can schedule you until it actually gets to Stafford and may be the reason they are telling you after Christmas.

That is pathetic that a shipping company is not working the day before Christmas. I guess they don't like money much. Sorry it did not work out.

Gex, you did very well for us buyers. I was just hoping to get mine by New Years. You got one of your most loyal customers a very low number (a friend of mine), and it looks like I will have mine for Christmas.
Obviously the shipments from Stern had to be split up and some are a day or two different in arriving and that means some will be after Christmas. Like you said, you never promised a Christmas delivery and buyer's like David are being extremely gracious and understanding about it and deserve big props along with you for your service.

When my Hulk came from Estes on Friday, it had many gashes and a couple holes in the box. It was by far the worst condition I have had for any of my three NIB purchases. When I saw the box set down on my driveway I was not confident it was going to be undamaged. I cut open the box in front of the delivery guy to make sure everything was ok. Fortunately, none of the objects that poked through the box had hurt the game any but one came really close and had hit the inner edge of the underside of the cabinet without damaging it. I got real lucky.
With that condition of box, the lack of delivery availability, and delays for many other pinsiders, I am not impressed at all with Estes.

When you say screwed up, what exactly does that mean, damage to the game?

I recommend that you keep close track of the location, and as soon as it arrives at your terminal you should call them to schedule delivery. That will be your best chance to get it shipped at the earliest possible time. They can only schedule the delivery if it has arrived at the terminal.
