Mine arrived early last week. Includes 4 small foam lads, a bigger bag ramp plastics for air balls, a piece of Mylar and instructions. I already fixed my ramp issues so not sure I'm going to need this. A little disappointing that the kit didn't include a smaller spacer for the right side of the ramp, but I was able to create my own with what I had on hand anyway. Here's a pic of the kit they sent:
