Can't get enough of my Stargate, so good.
Gotta fix the 5V problem though.

Just to let you guys know. It looks real good sitting right next to Waterworld!

People give Waterworld a lot of crap. It was my first game. The rest are my fathers.

It's a ton of fun! Seriously! The boat is amazing! Just like seeing the pyramid open for the first time, when the boat flips, it's exciting!

Stargate is one hell of a machine.

As far a score!
If you get into Rebellion (The pop bumper mode):

Keep in mind, you can back hand the left Horus, for 5/10 Million, depending on your difficulty setting. Then it's in the pops.

Also, a hard plunge to the upper right flipper, with a very late flip can put into the pop bumpers as well!

I've made a good amount of points off of Rebellion!

Quoted from Chitownpinball:

It's basically, shoot the dive hole for your reward (whatever light is lit in the center tic tac toe like block of lights) and then select your reward. The ship is a 4 ball multiball and there is a 2 ball multiball if you make the skill shot, which is hitting the dive hole on your first shot.
There's dry land, which isnt that exciting at all.
My favorite 2 ball multiball was the battle of the atole. It was a little exciting, but nothing to write home about.
I wish the game had ramps. Its just missing SOMETHING.

That's why it's a great compliment to Stargate. Also, it's super jack pot it just as hard to get.

You're right when you say "It's Just missing SOMETHING."

It's actually missing six somethings.

Ray Tanzer went on vacation and came back to his desk with six parts on his desk that had to be taken out so they could meet the budget.

The combo system, I feel, was restricted due to the six parts missing. The combo should hit all/as many as possible shots ending with a shot to the far left hook in to the harpoon for the completion.

Congrats blondetall!

ALSO. I feel it's it's important, since no one has brought it up.

If you ever tire of hearing the callouts, hold both flippers and the beginning of your game for 3 seconds and it will cut the callout volume by half!

Happy Cheveron Locking!

I believe most System 3s do the overview on how to play the game. Waterworld does it as well.

#112 10 years ago

I mean, if you change it to the hardest difficulty you'll only get two ball, instead of add-a-ball on shots. With the exception of Ra's Bracelet.

Which makes it a hell of a lot more manageable and plausible to make progress in the mode you're playing.

Quoted from pinnyheadhead:

Never thought of that.

It also makes your Jackpots worth a smaller amount, I haven't had a game over a billion in a long time. It's the game got significantly harder hahah

Quoted from GTO:

Smaller jackpots? But I like how the score uses all the DMD dots to make those ridiculous numbers.

On rebellion, cause I had the time to look at the DMD during that mode.

My jackpot went from like 20 or 10, I don't recall, to 5 Million.

I don't particularly recall the playfield being a bitch to slide back. It's been about a year and a half since I've been under there. The damn thing is bulletproof. All know is I've had the playfield fall into the cabinet of the rails working on the lower part of the playfield. Trying to put that table back on the rails, sucker is heavy.

Just beware, some of the GI is a pain in the ass to get too, Blondetall!

You gotta picture, there? My brain may not be firing completely here.

I was actually told by Bowne Karins himself, at SPF two years ago, that putting Williams flipper bats on Stargate makes it a better game.

I didn't catch any sarcastic vibes from him, I've wondered about what the differences are, if they're any..
