Quoted from jints56:Want Cubs, but think the tribe takes it.
Nah, the Nationals will win it just like the Caps do every year.

Quoted from YZRider926:You forgot the redskins too. Also just wanted to to say not the Nats. Hopefully they prove me wrong.
At least the Redskins don't tease us every year.
We might see a throwback World Series between the Dodgers and Yankees. Which present player on the Yankees would play the villain?
Quoted from jmountjoy111:In the scenario you have explained the Dodgers are clearly the new villain.
Why, the yankees have always had the controversies throughout the years.
Quoted from jmountjoy111:The Yankees were the evil empire because of how much money they spent on their roster. I mean A-Rod was controversial I guess in 09. You can’t even say guys like Clemens and Petitte at this point cause everyone in the early 2000s was a juicer lol. I am no Yankees fan by any means but they are being carried by Judge and Sanchez. Those guys are making 500K a year and are homegrown players
The dodgers have the biggest payroll in baseball. They are now the team people love to hate
I was thinking more in terms of dirty actions. The yankees were infamous for doing somewhat questionable things in games such as Reggie Jackson blocking a throw to first intentionally in the world series and the George Brett pine tar incident just to name a couple.
Quoted from Tuna_Delight:I know that the Astros have played in the AL since 2013, but this World Series matchup still feels a little weird to me as they were in the same division with the Dodgers for so many years beforehand.
Agreed. It feels very similar to the Seahawks being in the NFC after being in the AFC for so long.
