But when Stern has an issue they fix it. They also pump out 3x the number of games (or more) of all the other companies combined. The number of reported issues on the past few runs has been minimal.

I second that- every time i've had a problem with Stern they always stood behind the product. Judging by the last stern game i got they seem to be listening and trying to improve the quality. clear is great and hardly any dimples on my LZ after 1k plays.

I got a warped one- Stern replaced it with fully populated one. Shit happens- its how you deal with it that truly matters.

Stern sends populated playfields for series playfield issues.

i had a warped LZ. Stern was great about sending a populated playfield. I just had to wait until the game went back on the line (which was fine with me since i got to play it a ton before essentially getting a new game)
