Nice! Never heard of them....

It’s a Puro House exclusive? Well worth the money and worth ordering them, assuming you like a bold full bodied smoke. It’s absolutely not an beginner or intermediary stick.

Enjoying this one. About two inches in, the flavors just blossomed. Quite tasty.

Series V series O. I don’t know what I have downstairs but this V came in a sample pack. Some easily identifiable flavors. I can see why these are so popular.

Yes the space heater is making an appearance. There are temperatures in the forecast that start with 3s

Crazy. Here it's supposed to be getting into the 90s this weekend.

Had a Robusto of that line last night. Very Good!

I'm bumming out big time. Caught covid at my daughter's graduation party last Friday and just today I lost all sense of smell and taste. Crap! I just got a box of R&J Belicosas in. Guess I won't get to them for a bit.

There are a couple other accounts like this here in this thread. Take your time feeling better and you’ll be enjoying your smokes before you know it.

Thanks to your above post I had to tap into my box. Not the Hex obviously…but just as good. This still can pull off 90 minutes easy which is impressive.

Yes the heater is running tonight.

I KNOW! A Hex once almost lasted me through a football game!

Shorter than the last one I had . This is the toro . Honestly the Churchill doesn’t have much going on in the beginning so I’m just as happy with this…skip right to the action

Not sure if this is a joke but my manager was telling me some guy had a huge collection of expensive cigars so he had them insured. He then smoked them and said he lost them in a series of fires. He had a case. Few months later he gets charged for hundreds of counts of arson.

That's an old joke!

And a really satisfying smoke!
After removing the band, I noticed the two different wrapper leaves.
This is a surprisingly good stick.

Been on a work trip all week and haven’t had time to smoke I can’t wait to start uploading pics again soon! One of my coworkers even brought 3 sticks but everywhere we go….denied.

#3420 1 year ago

Getting into the dark wrapper portion. Have to take very light tokes now, as the cigar is nearing the end of it's enjoyable phase.

My only critique of this really enjoyable smoke is that the transition of wrapper leaf should have started much earlier in the cigar. It was too late to be notable or enjoyable. I would, however, recommend this stick.
Surprisingly enjoyable!

I got it through a friend who ordered an assortment; two of each stick from Thompson. Like $25 for ten.
I've really enjoyed every one of them so far.

Be careful if you buy their auctions I had one with worms. I don’t know if they do auctions anymore. I’ve bought a lot online from many sellers and Thompson is the only one I avoid at this point.

I don't think it was an auction.
It was from their regular catalog.
All good quality smokes in the bundle I split with my friend.

Don’t often buy NCs, but couldn’t pass up a Tatuaje long skinny

Providencia El Santo. These used to be like $5-6. Now they’re around $9. Still worth the $9! Medium to full flavor that’s not overpowering and doesn’t leave a long funky taste like some comparable smokes do.

Someone gave me a few different Eiroa’s last month (a buddy that owns a cigar store.) I’ve really enjoyed everyone of them. They’re quality smokes. Balanced flavor profiles and they were all different enough to distinguish one from the other. Try the box pressed Prensado!

Okay another stupid question do these come in “regular” and Maduro or is everyone just taking pics in different lighting? I feel silly not having tried one yet and still haven’t opened the box.

Final (?) resting site for that box. Front and center for the empty boxes. The rest of the sticks are marinading in the large basement humi.

Well, I went on an adventure across the great state of Oklahoma yesterday tying up some loose ends. 400 miles driven. 7 cigars smoked.

Joya de Nicaragua Numero Uno
Diamond Crown Maximus #5 Robusto
Fuente Fuente Opus X
The 405 Blend (from a local shop, I highly recommend it!)
Aging Room Quattro Maduro
Padron 64 Belicoso Natural
My Father The Judge

Not sure if I spent more on fuel or tobacco…

Hahaha we all know I spent way more on an essential item than 7 luxury items! That’s the way it is nowadays.

I always wanted to try A Feral pig but they I cannot find them locally. Can anyone point me to a good reputable online site?

I just grabbed this cigar with this bottle of wine from costco and went outside. What a pairing! Very smooth.

My first time trying a Lusi with only a couple years of age, rather than a decade or more. Tasty, but man is there some power!

Yesterday while grilling a dozen Tbones for my youngest daughters birthday. AJ Fernandez New World Puro Especial. Great cigar for $8! Wow! Lots of flavor. Easy draw. I set it down for 15 minutes and when I picked it back up, it’s like I’d left it for only 15 seconds. I’ll be getting a box!

Tonight, Olivia Master Blend No 3 Torpedo. Hmm, I was about to talk major shit on this cigar. Started off just about as bland as anything I’ve ever had. I’ve never known a cigar that changed so much from the first 1/3 to the second. Now, it’s like smoked nuts and citrus but it’s still somewhat bold. Jury is still out. I’m gonna go 11th grade GF style on it and try to get to the last 1/3 quick.

UPDATE: the final 1/3 is like a Cohiba Siglo at the end…almost sour. I kinda expected this with the drastic changes. Disappointing, as this is like a $14 cigar.
