Many posts here are sophomoric and politically centric most definitely not scientific. If a company wanted our opinion on back glasses they would do a survey. I think that would be interesting. Maybe someone should start a poll more likely 2 polls. One for Operators and one for Collectors/Players. Personally I believe both will answer Large LCD. For ops it's for attraction to the game until someone hacks the software and it will be used for ads as well. For collectors and players it will be for entertainment of waiting players, players seeing status info instantaneously, could possibly view hidden playfield.

As mentioned earlier there is always a game changer that renders platforms and dinorsaurs obsolete unless they adapt and change. I don't see any EMs being made.

One thing is for sure if you don't adapt and evolve to changing technologies, market dynamics and human dynamics you will die on the vine like many companies. Strong companies are always tracking that.

Quoted from teekee:

My responses were mainly dealing with the LCD and the size of it. Plenty of us were discussing both its pros and cons. Plenty here agreed with my stance. Many didn't... what's the big deal? Good forum discussion derailed when some chose to start calling me out by name, wanting me banned.
Ridiculous!

Funny the thread topic is reliability. Why don't you start a LCD thread discussion then your vitriol will have openness and be on topic.
