Quoted from Darth_Chris:On a side note can someone please explain me why a big company like Stern, who is using movie base themes of latest blockbusters, to help increase sells with product popularity. Why can't they use movie soundtracks or actors callouts on their pins? I mean they paid for the license, why are they cutting on quality of the music and hire people to do voice impressions ?
Example : Batman Dark Knight might have one of the best super hero soundtrack you can have. True Hans Zimmer masterpiece. On the pin....... You can hear music but nothing like what the dark knight deserve.
Spider Man has true actors movie quotes callouts but the music ??? Home made.
Avengers no actors no real music.
Depends on the license or what the designer wants to do. In Spider-Man's case, Steve Ritchie hates Danny Elfman and wanted an original soundtrack. On the other hand, Avatar is 100% movies score, clips, and custom dialog from Stephen Lang. Iron Man is mostly real movie score & clips, with some original score & custom quotes from some random military guy & a Jarvis sound-alike.
For the record, I think the Avengers pinball score is excellent.
