I think it is more a hommage from Jack to Power Rangers just like the robot you have to assemble than a nudge to the LGBTQ community.
Jack really wants a Power Rangers pinball to exist just like a Golden Girls pinball.

kinda cool that he signed it on above himself in the crowd. If you look close you can see the letter E and A on his fingers from his "Heck Yeah" tattoo.
