You can put a lot of bling on something but it it still sucks.

and the WOZ haters are out in full force!

Check my rankings and tell me I hate it. I have a nice mat for you to buy.

Quoted from Rarehero:

How can you tell how the toys "feel"? The ball doesn't actually touch any of them except for the castle door.

Quoted from CraZ4Pin:

I guess I was referring to things like the trees (trumper bumpers.)

So The ball hits the trees and they are solid or pop bumpers are toys now?

#69 10 years ago
Quoted from CraZ4Pin:

Umm, yeah. When you put that much time and effort into creating 3 individually unique bumper toppers ... I'll call them toys. Every bity as much as say, oh, Troll heads popping up from the playfield and hitting them.

But the troll heads pop up&down and have switches attached to them, making them interactive, correct? (I don't own a MM so Im really asking) and the Tree bumper toppers do what? What do they do?

#74 10 years ago
Quoted from CraZ4Pin:

Ummm, they move up and down too??

Are you telling me or asking me.

#78 10 years ago
Quoted from PEN:

What they do is sit there not looking like a colored piece of lexon. I own a bunch of machines that do that already.

So they are nice looking, no doubt. From what I remember they are nice detail, but they arent interactive at all? They may or may not move up and down, but what is the significance of them doing it? Is there a point difference or something to complete a mode?

I like me devo toppers on my TRON bumpers but Ive never considered them toys. Just something to make the game more aesthetically pleasing.

Quoted from CraZ4Pin:

Good lord. Fine, don't count them as "toys"

Im simply asking you questions, you must own the game and I do not. Why are you getting all defensive?

Quoted from CraZ4Pin:

Star Treak series of moives

Calm down dude, you are going to have an aneurism.

Quoted from absocountry2:

I was looking at the thumbs in this thread. If you put the posts into two categories, love WOZ and hate WOZ. As of right now the original post has ZERO thumbs down and the hate posts have thumbs up from many and few thumbs down. There are a few thumbs up on a few love posts as well as thumbs down on those. Basically the haters seem to be thumbing down the lovers but the lovers are not thumbing down the haters like the haters seem to think the lovers do all the time. Says a lot about who is really spewing the hate in the love/hate fest.

Perhaps its all your or anyones perspective whats a hate/love post. Hard to tell who is being sarcastic, I hate those people I haven't thumbed down any post as I dont hate WoZ, nor is my blinged pacifier a correlation to WoZ, just an example of a blinged item that sucked beforehand.

I truly think some WoZ defenders get so tweaked out they get clouded a little from the $ they put in for said machine. I suppose its natural though, I think my Hulk LE is really fun and it has its naysayers.

#99 10 years ago
Quoted from absocountry2:

Hulk is a different game and is not applicable to the WOZ example.

Is it?

Quoted from pinmister:

pushed people waiting for "Real LE" back in line-super tacky business practice.

Is this true? Original WoZ LE buyers are not getting their games before a ruby red ships?

Quoted from iceman44:

Lol.........go back to pumping your overpriced junk Tone
I don't give a flying f*ck who likes it or who doesn't, I own it, love it, and don't have to get over anything. If some d*cks want to keep posting over and over again, non stop, years on end, then "some people" have a problem
If you don't like it, congratulations for you, need constant confirmation of that? Move on........

Its not even the original crying towel, looks like a refake.

Quoted from CraZ4Pin:

As someone who had just purchased a Premium a month before the "Luci" announcement, I do not feel like it was "no big deal". I thought it sucked and I'm sick of buying NIB when the Manufacturers are too focused on competing with each rather then caring about their customers.

Curious, were you under the impression Stern was on the last run of Premiums? and thats why you bought?

Quoted from RawleyD:

Good Lord, I just want to See/Touch/Play one of these WOZ pins one day!!

When you do finally get to play one, start a review thread so we can all argue the same points all over again!

#229 10 years ago
Quoted from Pinchroma:

If you say so counselor.

Quoted from RobT:

You are amazingly oversensitive about WOZ aren't you?

The only way to settle this is a few shots of 151 and some damn Arm Wrestling, I hope you both can attend Chi Expo next year!

Cmon Rawly, no one said Gary is cool. Word on the streets is he lost his unicorn map. Who the hell does that?
