Im sorry to hear of your issues.
I too, was screwed over a couple months ago with Paypal, and a $4k Transaction.
It took over 40 calls to paypal, threats, social media, contacts I had, tenure and history to only get a compromise.
As others have mentioned, no more Paypal for large ticket items.
Fedex was involved too, but that took even longer, with more headaches. It was finally solved with emails to the owner and board of directors.
I wish I had magic advise, but each issue, and rep you speak too, will be a PITA.....keep at it, escalate, write letters/emails.
It might work for you too. At the least to get your game returned.
