I have a fully restored, Collector's Quality CP that I bought 2-1/2 years ago from a Florida restorer/collector Michael Walz. Michael is a sometime restoration partner with Pinball MikeD, and is as meticulous as they come, and the machine shows it. He installed a NOS playfield, new ramps, and added lots of new parts, freshened up the cabinet inside (new coil wrappers too) and out (the cab had previously received new decals) and basically made the entire machine look and play like new. It currently plays very fast and perfect. Here are some photos Michael took in the process of restoring:

More high-resolution photos available for serious buyers. Not interested in trades. I have lots of experience shipping and can crate or palletize for additional fee.

Do you know if the PF was clear coated?

Bumping this-- price reduced to $5600 and no the playfield was not clear coated.

Indeed Mr. Walz does fantastic work. I saw this machine in person before doghouse picked it up. I don't even like CP and I was seriously thinking about buying it. Also, I believe Michael had all the ramps brass plated as well. Very very nice machine.

This is still for sale. Had a local buyer who could not pull the trigger. Price drop to $5300. Have taken 33 new photos. PM me for the Dropbox link. Also, I had forgotten-- but I did notice when I took new photos that there are some tiny fingernail marks on the cabinet decals near the left flipper button. These could be easily touched up with paint marker but I did not touch them. I did put Pinball Pal mylar over them when I first got the machine. So maybe I'd call this a "CQ-minus" or a 9.8 out of 10.

Very nice.

Did you ask Michael W if he wanted to buy it back? I know he regretted selling once Jason C. showed him some tricks on how to play CP.

He's maxed out.

If Michael would sell me his Road Show then he would have room.

Last bump before I put on eBay......(ugh)-- $5200.00. Also have an Addam's Family with an NOS playfield, a nice Motordome and a project Fish Tales. Willing to do a package deal. Let me know if interested.

Are you referring to the plated wire forms?
