Quoted from T-800:Actually, the P3 just recently changed their business model to match more closely what I have already announced and done with my business. Same process - $1000 refundable deposit secures your Wrath of Olympus (WOOLY) When we reach 100 orders the next deposit will be due for PRODUCTION on your game - similar as to what was announced for the P3 with more deposits due when they are ready for production.
Anyone with questions about WOOLY or the payment plan/methods, I urge to email me for the correct information - [email protected] There is a lot of information being misrepresented on pinside.
Agreed. I like Scott's payment model and discussed doing a similar thing for the P3 with him before announcing the change. Customer money shouldn't ever be at risk. You're buying a product, not investing in a company. Your money should only be used for the actual production of the machines you're buying. That's the case with both WOOLY and the P3.
I'm happy to see the interest in WOOLY. It's a fantastic machine, and Scott and Frank have poured their hearts and souls into it. I hope to see it reach production.
