I don’t think you have to choose one. Just don’t check any and the ad will list without any of those specified.

For decades across all society, it has indeed meant “I’m flexible and may take less than asking price”. If a few dozen people in the pinball hobby have decided it means something else, then I can’t explain that. We are weird, I guess.
