I have the same problem with mine. I took it apart once and reattached the connector but it has started up again. The connector had hot glue applied to keep it attached to the LCD but not a great design. I think I am going to have to solder the wires the LCD pins. The connector loosens up too easily. I have taken it off the game again but not looking forward to taking it apart again and getting it back together.
