Here is a pic of Plant Vogtle in Waynesboro GA, showing units 1 & 2. This pic was taken before units 3 & 4 construction was started. You can see the two cooling towers in the rear, one for each reactor, with steam vapor leaving the top of the towers. No smokestacks....

The nuclear plant depicted on his machine was built next to an older power plant that had smoke stacks. The state wouldn’t allow them to tear the stacks down because they were deemed historically significant. See, we got there!
