I turned on my Munsters Pin and it started to make a popping sound. No sound comes out other then a constant popping sound. I tried to get a hold of stern CS but they only do via email support. And I have to use a distributor to buy any parts since they don't sell direct. I did have someone come by and look at the machine and was told to download the new version (update software) and try that first, but I was looking at the CPU board myself and I think that the u13 chip looks funky. What do y'all think? SIDE info... I have turned it on and off a couple of times in the last 72 hours and sometimes it has sound but mostly it doesn't...The video and game is fine.
1.Also where can I re-download the new version software so that I can make a back up copy and swap out the old SD card just to check if that is the problem.
2. What SD card do you recommend?
3. Can someone tell me if my CPU should be repaired or replaced?
4. Where can I get a Cpu that is in stock right now. SPIKE 2

I read that thread. Weird thing is that it sometime has sound and sometimes it doesn’t. Then when I hold the power button down to turn it off I can hear the sound. So if I toggle on the switch without letting it turn off all the way and force it to stay on. The sound comes on . If that makes any sense .
