Get a Siegecraft switch matrix tester and see if it works. If not, board problem for sure. If yes, then playfield wiring problem.

Do you have a logic probe or scope? If no, use a DMM on VDC and measure to ground.

Trace through the column signal 2 path and see where it is different than another other column that is working. Start at the connector and move backwards.
