I'm doing a total cleaning on my TAF. I've got everything off the playfield other than the pop bumpers. These are different from my other Stern games I've done. The Stern games just has normal wires that connect the light socket in the pop bumper. TAF has a open metal strip that is stapled to the bottom of the playfield. What is the best way to remove the light socket so I can get the pop bumper total off the playfield? Do you have to cut the strip or desolder the strip at the fist joint you come to? Any pointers on the best way to do this will help. I just wanted to ask before I jump into it. It looks like it is going to be a job removing all the staples and desoldering and then haveing to solder it all back together and staple it again. If that is the case I might just leave them on and work around them, and try to clean under them with a cue tip lol. Thanks for any pointers.
