Like maybe I could get it if it was taking a theme that bombed and redid it. But Playboy was a very popular theme, and all the conversion does it change the sexy girls up.
They cut a hole in the center of the pf for a screen and added a filmstrip projector for pictures of nude women.
That's a little bit more than a re-do of the art package.

The modified SBM pf even had a kicker to put the ball back in play if drained down the center lane, or nudged from the outlanes onto some additional wireforms added below the flippers.
