That's not a lot of touch-up there, if you're showing all of it. I'd do that and clearcoat it. I've never done Varathane before, but I have used auto clear. It's kinda expensive to get into auto clearing, so you might not want to attempt this if you only ever see yourself doing one playfield. There are places who will shoot if for you at a price.
