Just realized I never received the update with new modes (Walking Dead, etc). Is that something I need to initiate? As a Reloaded Mini home connected user expected an upgrade package like I get with Golden Tee. Any ideas? Thx!

I had the same thing happen to me. I ended up updating manually but still wanted the thumb drive and new banner. Initially I called and was told my cab is already updated. Later I spoke with Bethany and they had the update drive and banner to me in a few days.
