I have had this issue on 4 pins myself... In my case it was bad main filter caps...
The problem *could* be a bad bridge rectifier, or it could be a bad voltage regulator, caps, a short, etc...
A friend had this issue because a fridge (or a space heater) was on the same circuit, and when it kicked on, dropped the voltage enough to re-set the pin....
