TZ started to reset and I reset all of the connectors and now it won’t boot. Now and all you get is the click, click, click like a the sound a bad alternator makes on a car or a stun gun. All voltages appear within range – so where should I look next?

I have tested all boards and received the following values:

Pin 32 of ROM = 4.93v
Capacitor on CPU board (as per Pinball Ninja) = 4.94v
BR2 – top left leg = 10.82v
TP1 = 14.72v
TP2 = 4.98v
TP8 = 18.62v
Aux board, D6 connection, 5v leg = 4.97, 12v leg = 11.87

From the values above, I take it that all voltages are within range. If so, then what would cause the pin from booting? What would be causing the tick, tick, tick sound? Where should I look next?

For future reverence, the issue was with one of the ribbon cables. The clicking sound from what I have been told is the micro processor turning on/off and is normal to hear when booting on WPC games. Although, when the game doesn't boot and continues to just click - it most likely is one of the connections.
