Hi need help on some adjustments

When the ball launches from the same it almost always drains sdtm …. What needs to be adjusted to correct this..it’s totally frustrating that every launch from there drains

2nd item is the crane is not sensitive to hits …at least 50% of the hits on the crane are not registered …any adjustment for that?

Does everyone use the center lower post in the drain? Currently i have not installed it as machine was delivered that way…

Any other adjustments needed from stock on power etc for heist for good play?
