Hi Everyone,

My HH goes straight to TILT when powered on.

The attract mode lights (in the back box) cycle and appear fine. I even hear the 'Welcome to the Haunted House' speech that was added.

I have visually looked over the tilt/slam switches etc and the 'appear' normal (contacts are open).

I can see the Q and T relays turn on immediately after powering on the pin.

Is there anything that I can check over before removing and testing the two transistors that drive the two relays?

In my HH I have an entire new set of Swemmer PCBs (should have mentioned this from the start), just for reference and not saying that something hasn't 'given up the ghost'.

erak, the displays do not have anything on them only the Tilt is lit. With the Q&T relays switching on it literally is activing like someone has just tilted the pin. The slam switch is 'cut out' and not connected on the coin door and I have the new PCBs so I'm not sure that this is the same as a slam tilt issue but I will keep this in mind as I look through it. "the ball roll cage is open", need to look at that. I thought that the tilt occurs when the ball rolls to the back and closes the switch...

blownfuse, I will try some of your suggestions tonight. It could be the game rom but I don't think that it is a rom connection/socket issue only because these are new boards, I have had them for at least a year. But then again anything is possible!

I'll report back once I look it over. I should look over the schematic to see what else can trigger a tilt.
