Quoted from AUKraut:FWIW, at *best* you can expect to get 50 cents on the dollar for mods, and even less when most of them are purely cosmetic with no functional or protective purpose as yours are.
Here’s my best bet on a fair price for a HUO GOTG Pro:
NIB Stern Pro $5500
10-12% off for being new HUO, but still in production model: ($660)
Fair market for unmodded HUO Stern Pro: $4840
50% cost of mods (being generous here): $500
Fair total: $5340, so roughly $5300
In this case I’d take a $5200 cash on glass offer all day. Put yourself in the buyers shoes: do I want a NIB with warranty or save a couple of hundred, take my chances with warranty, and get a few mods.
Good luck to you with your sale!
What he said. A bit nuts to expect to get all your money back.
