Usually pickup , transport and setup would be your responsibility, if he is willing to deliver and also give a discount, I can see why he doesn't want to setup, setting up a pin isn't that difficult, front legs go on first, lower them to the floor, then have someone bolt the back legs on while you lift the back, I usually do it alone, once it's standing on all four legs, lift the head in position, and latch it on the back,
