Was looking for a fun daily. Found a C5, black, 2 tone interior 35-40k mi. Put it on a lift prior to buying and it had a leaky upper oil pan seal..and one other leak. Long story short rear main was leaking and they didn't want to fix it because they'd be upside down. I walked. Kept looking. Over spent a bit but found a 6k mi 2003 electron blue metallic C5, stick, black interior with the HUD. Great car, has about 11k on it now 5 or so years after I bought it. Splits duties with my other toy - 91 Camaro I've had since i was 19.

For the "largest dealers" - check the corvette forum website. They do a lot of orders, with drop ship/delivery to your local dealer. I think there's a game involved of the more they order, easier for them to get over the small mom and pop dealers. I dont think it's a matter of inventory sitting there for you to paruse - it's a matter of order/delivery.
