I actually have a NOS decal and a NOS center ramp. I got them for my restoration project. The decal has two issues. There is a nail hole in it where someone apparently hung it on a nail. Probably a route operator. That is not so much of a problem. The problem is with the decal. It adheres to the bottom of the ramp so there is a protective paper backing covering the image on the decal. You can't remove the paper backing. That would expose the adhesive and it would stick to the scanner. So.....
