I blow a fuse when the magnet activates for the jump rope. I replaced the magnet, seemed to work for a couple cycles and now I get the same issue. If I unplug the magnet everything else works fine with no fuse blowing issue. I had the driver board and CPU board tested and both show no errors.
Has anyone seen this issue? Suggestions?

What fuses are you using? Are you sure they're slow blow? Fuses are there to prevent damage to the board of there is a short. If it blows the fuses after a few magnet activations but not always right away then I'd try a one size bigger fuse. If there's a short it would still blow. Magnets are tough and often require more power.
