I am a fan of the Munsters topper... The raven pops out and taunts throughout... Very interactive. I do like the Godzilla topper as well and BKSOR is top 5 easy

No talons / no feathers just cheap black plastic - I am thinking about giving it a makeover since its is so active... Feathers and talons!

For me it's Rush and GOT...love the dragon's flapping wings and glowing mouth. But I know that's the unpopular opinion. Apparently BKSOR is the best, whether I like it or not. 
GoT and BKSOR (orig price). The other toppers with mechanical features get an honorable mention but the price explosion puts them out of the running.

The worst toppers are ones that say the name of the game only inches away from the name of the game. KISS KISS is my favorite game! Dumb topper.

I agree that if the logo wasn't on the translite it would be even cooler, BUT those KISS letters are so iconic it gets a pass from me.
